If you've played all the Mass Effects to date, and have a genuine interest in the universe, get From Ashes. Garrus and Liara are all you need anyway. I don't know if he actually likes it or he just wants to feel its important to have license to be made at BioWare. He's not worth 10 bucks and he's not nearly as important as Patrick wants to feel he is.
